
Within 24-48 hours of your order, a representative from our service team will call to set up a pre-installation measure appointment for your windows/doors. Within two business days following the appointment, your order will be submitted to ProVia.
Within 6 weeks of your submitted order, we'll send you an email to connect, ensuring you have all the important information about your warranty and a direct link to register your new hand-crafted products.
Schedule Installation Appointment
Once your order arrives at our warehouse, we will call you to schedule your installation. When we speak, we'll let you know how long you can expect the installation to take.
Installation Reminders
You will receive two notices prior to your install appointment.
One day prior to your installation appointment, a representative will contact you as a reminder.
The day of your installation, one of our crew members will notify you when they are on their way; expect the Full Armor crew to arrive around 9:00 am for morning installs.
If you have an afternoon installation appointment, a crew member will call you with an estimated time of arrival.
Prior to installation, please remove any breakable items on surfaces nearest to the installment area. This includes coffee tables, end tables, wall hangings etc. and any items or furniture blocking the work areas. Additionally, please ensure any window coverings are removed for window installs. If assistance is needed on removal of any items, please notify your sales representative.
*Please prepare for harsh vibrations and sounds while your existing installs are removed.
Floor runners will be laid around the work area during setup.
Installers will dispose of the original products accordingly.
Crews will ensure the work area is cleaned of any debris.
New products will be cleaned of fingerprints, marks and window stickers.
Installers will demonstrate the operation of the new products prior to leaving.
Once your installation is complete, be sure to register your product to activate its warranty. One of our representatives will also give you a follow up call to ensure everything is working properly and everything has been completed to your liking.
